1. Plans and Pricing
Pinnacle Weddings offers a Free plan and paid monthly subscriptions: Premium ($19/month) and Pro ($39/month), as described on our Pricing page. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Feature access is determined by your active plan. Downgrading may limit access to data entry or features above your new plan's limits (e.g., guest count on Free).
2. Billing Cycle
Paid subscriptions bill monthly in advance on the date you subscribe. Your renewal date is shown in Settings and the Stripe customer portal.
You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds.
3. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable sales, VAT, or other taxes. Stripe calculates and collects taxes where required.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain paid features until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Data above Free tier limits may become read-only or require upgrade to edit, depending on feature rules.
There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
5. Refunds
Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@pinnacleweddings.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review good-faith billing errors.
6. Plan and Price Changes
We may change plan features or prices with at least 30 days' notice before changes apply to existing subscribers' renewals.
If you do not agree to a price increase, cancel before your next billing date.
7. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
